Aligning two objects in SketchUp usually means the same ritual: orbit the camera, drop a guide, eyeball a rotation, move, check, undo, repeat. On a sloped face, it gets worse. Seconds of work turn into minutes — several times a day.

EasyAlign does it in one click. Three modes: GROUP aligns object to object by the box that wraps each one — it works even when the object is already rotated in the model; FACE snaps a face onto a target face, sloped ones included; and LINE snaps an edge onto a target edge. In every mode you pick the source, pick the target, and the object takes its position and orientation, with no temporary axes and no guides. Switching modes is one click on the panel.

Hold Ctrl and it copies instead of moving: align a copy and type *4 for four copies in a row, or /3 to distribute copies between the source and the target — the count stays editable until your next click.

And when the fit needs a nudge, the arrow keys handle it without leaving the tool: ← → rotate the block on the axis you choose, ↑ cycles through X, Y and Z (the axis shows up in its own color on screen) and ↓ does a 90° turn. One tap on the panel switches the arrows from rotate to move, and then they shift the block along the same axis, by the increment you set — in whatever unit your model uses, metric or imperial. And if what was missing was a gap between the faces, just type the distance — it offsets the block while keeping everything parallel.

The panel floats and remembers where you left it. It shows the mode, the step and the shortcuts — and it's how you switch modes, turn on rotate-while-aligning, and change the increment. Nothing to memorize.
