What it solves
Editing materials in a model full of nested groups is double-click hell. EasyMaterials fixes that with three tools that act on the whole group at once.
Group by Texture splits a group's loose faces into subgroups by material — each texture becomes its own subgroup, without touching existing sub-groups. It detects when a group is already isolated and warns you.
Clean Materials strips every material from a group recursively, walking the full hierarchy — back to default in one click.
Swap Material opens a continuous panel with eyedropper, bucket and import: paint face by face or the whole group without leaving the tool.
Runs alongside SmartManiaa Core and is free during the beta.
What it doesn't do yet
- It doesn't run alone. Without Hub for SketchUp installed, it won't open.
- It needs an internet connection. The licence is validated online.
- One licence, one computer at a time. From the machine itself you unlink instantly. Remotely, it's a request with e-mail confirmation — it takes effect the moment you confirm, and the next remote swap only after 15 days.
